What Table9 is

Table9 opens a private, temporary Lounge for the guests of one wedding, provided by Table9 ("we", "us"). It lives for the length of the event, then deletes itself.

Who may use it

Adults only: 18 and over. A Lounge is for invited guests of that wedding, one seat per person. Using a Lounge means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

House rules

Be yourself: your own name, your own face, your own contact. No impersonation, no harassment, no recording or ridiculing other guests, and no joining a wedding you weren't invited to. A mutual wave is an introduction - nothing more is promised, owed, or implied.

Your Live portrait

Your Live portrait and your details stay yours. You give us only the narrow permission to store them and show them inside that one Lounge, to the people the Privacy Policy describes. That permission ends when the event's data is deleted.

Disappearing is the product

Visibility and deletion work exactly as the Privacy Policy describes. Deletion happens shortly after the Lounge's 24-hour expiry, not at the exact second. When your data vanishes on schedule, that's the service working, not a fault.

Meeting people is on you

Table9 introduces; it doesn't vet, verify, or chaperone anyone. A mutual wave hands you each other's contact on an outside platform - Instagram, WhatsApp, or text - and whatever follows happens between the two of you, with the judgment you'd bring to any wedding.

If you opt into the one-time match text, you consent to receiving a single SMS from Table9 when a wave becomes mutual, as the Privacy Policy describes. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. Delivery depends on carriers and is not guaranteed - the Lounge itself always shows your match either way.

For couples and hosts

Share the guest link only with your wedding's guests. The manage link is bearer access: anyone holding it controls the Lounge, and we can't recover or reset it. You'll only ever see the three totals.

The service, as-is

A Lounge is a best-effort live service for a temporary event, provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uninterrupted availability, waves, or matches. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with a Lounge is limited.

Endings

We may remove a guest or close a Lounge that breaks these rules. Every Lounge ends and is deleted on its own schedule regardless.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the bottom of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: hello@table9.app.
